He has lead multidisciplinary teams in several hundred forensic investigations and personally delivered testimony, at mediation, deposition and trial. Prior to starting his consulting career as founder of Building Forensis, in Calabasas, California, Bill practiced architecture after obtaining a Masters Degree in architecture from UCLA, apprenticing in the office of Frank Gehry and as a project architect in Newport Beach, CA . He then went to work with major national and international general contractors and developers. As a construction manager, Bill oversaw the construction of landmark buildings, in Los Angeles, including the 27 story 801 Figueroa Tower, the restoration of the historic, circa 1926, 818 West Seventh Street building and development of the renowned Petersen Automotive Museum. Bill currently practices Building Envelope Consulting, Forensic Evaluation, Envelope Detailing Peer Review, Quality Assurance Inspections, Insurance Claims Damage Assessments, Capital Needs Assessments and Property Condition Assessments in South Florida.
